YEARS COOKING FOR INDIAN ROCKS BEACH
OUR STORY
Started by a kid from Philly. Run by family ever since.
Thomas “TJ” Smith learned to toss dough in front of a pizza-shop window in Philadelphia. Thirty-seven years later, he’s still in this kitchen on Gulf Boulevard — he and Kim, cooking his family’s recipes, some more than a century old, seven nights a week.
Nothing comes from a freezer. Everything is sautéed, baked, and plated to order — the way it would be at a Sunday table in the old country, with the Gulf breeze drifting in.
A lush garden patio, a warm dining room humming with Sinatra, and the beach is only a minute walk away. Come straight from the sand for sunset cocktails, or dress up a little — both feel right here.
Locals call ahead for the sunset seats. You should too: (727) 596‑1515.
THE KITCHEN
If it’s on your plate, it was made from scratch today
San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic perfuming the air — that’s the foundation. On top of it: hand-picked local grouper, tender veal, juicy steaks, and signature pizzas from the brick oven.
Traditional Italian meets tropical seafood — dishes you’d find in Naples, made with what the Gulf gave us this morning.
Anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, a big table of sunburned cousins — our private dining rooms and garden patio have hosted them all for three decades. Big portions, warm service, and a staff that remembers your name by the second visit.
Tell us the occasion. We’ll take care of the rest.
